thank you all for your kind support,to-day was hell on earth but still quit every body in my house smokes they think its very funny me going up the walls and not smoking they keep offering me cigs, when I smoked they smoked on there own ha jimbo

Whaaaaat? you are doing the right thing and you know it! being the 'only one' takes strength. The trouble is when you quit something it enhances other peoples weakness so in turn they get all funny and sometimes nasty because you have highlighted this.
