hi everyone, i am now on day 4 and feeling good. its been hard getting this far, which makes me more determind to stop. the days are gradually getting easier, although his morning i felt abit angry and i would of done anything for a cig. as soon as the nicotine kicked in from the patch i was fine though, so its all good at the moment. thanks.

Day 4 is ace! The patches are good but putting them on as soon as you can in the morning does help a lot with the anger. That and deep breathing til they kick in lol.
1 week soon and after that the days and weeks just keep mounting up Lots of good stuff to look forward to.
well done daniel ..your doing so good day 4 amazing ..you are now surviving on a lot less nicotine then any smoking would give you ...how good is that mate. well proud of you x
Cant think what else to say except that time does seem to stand still when you 1st quit but once you complete the 1st week you start to gain momentum and you will soon start to really feel the benefits health and wealth wise!
There is no doubt that quitting smoking is the hardest thing I have ever done, but also the most rewarding, nothing really worth doing is ever easy!
