That's four months out the way now ....

... and the longest I have ever quit :p

I have made it through the darkest days and I now know I will never smoke again.

It was really important for me to get to 4 months as I wasn't sure I would make it at some points through the last month ... my next goal is 6 months ... and I can't wait!!!!!!!

Congratulations!!!! Four months is a brilliant achievement. More so if the last month has bee really difficult.

Well done on your longest and FINAL quit.

Your doing good jodi ..im right behind you ....a lovely positive thought to have with the knowing you will never smoke again ...suppose once you get that you know uve cracked it :)

WELL DONE JODI-B 4 months it gets easier every day, from now on, and you are on my invite list for the smoke free beach party in the sun. Thats when I win the lottery. I am racing to the half year marker(6 months) with people like my wee quit partner"Jamangie" biting at my heals to catch me , so come on Jodi-b join the big race to the half year mark.
