Hope your all well...I have not posted for while, so thought I would pop in...I have to say after 3 months, it is not much easier...I went to the clinic on thursday, and the nurse has now put me on patches as well as the lozengers...today is the first day, in the three months, that I have coped quite well...
I am still as determined as ever to quit...so hopefully, things will start to get easier now, the three months are passing...

I quit cold turkey so not sure how your next month will go as you have patches etc but just to let you know that the 4th month was the toughest for me .. once I had completed 3 months. I have to admit it tried my quit in everyway possible. Hopefully this won't happen to you but if it does please please just try and go woth it ... I am at 4 months completed on 19th and only this week I have started to feel a bit better so it doesn't last forever.
We are doing something amazing ... it's only me and my mind i am fighting ... therefore I have to win!!
Good luck Hun .. stay strong. Don't want to put you off just wanted to prepare you in case so you can deal with whatever comes your way and succeed. xxxxxx
