Eek i woulda been late for this had i posted on the 17th.. i honestly thought it was monday.. sorry sorry.. thank goodness i logged in today.

Chrissie you've had your fair share of up's and down's.. and picked yourself back up each time.. you took the fight to your demon and won through. Even when this forum hit a period of what seemed like chaos and outright war.. you still soldiered through.. that took strength.. and you did it.

Thats a good thread Chrissie and I can only say that the wee few that make it too the Penthouse fully blip free are very lucky and I can only hope that I may be allowed to be one, thats a good post and like all posts that have been thought out should be a big help to the newbies as it helps them to see that they can also get there and will get cake and marmite and no alchohol now that the fridges are full of the black stuff.

So onwards and upwards to the next level which is Smoke Free Island were you can spend the rest of you life if you like.

I really can't believe a full year has passed already. I remember when I logged onto this forum and there was you, the big experienced sister who had been quit for......a few weeks!!! To me this was awesome. Couldn't believe that this supportive sister had been quit for as long as this! Your quit is testament to the ups and downs most of us have, but even through the downs you were here propping up and cajoling others. What a strength you have by being quit now for a year.
