Had my last smoke around 9 00 last night. Which makes me 18 or so hours in.... Ive had a few "MOMENTS" I wont lie... I also feel really light headed, and dont seem to be able to get the words out of my mouth correctly. Also a bit snappy and nearly cried at something stupid my partner said to me !!!

But Im still here, doing well and NOT SMOKING ..

IN MY MIND IS SOMETHING A LADY IN THE HAIRDRESSERS ONCE TOLD ME ABOUT HER QUIT... SHE SAID "JUST REMEMBER ONE PUFF EQUALS 20 FAGS A DAY".... Its true just one puff sends you right back....

HOPE EVERYONE ELSE IS MANAGING TO BATTLE THEIR DEMONS TOO !!!
