Well this morning I felt so confident I didn't even bother posting!
Went through lunch fine, was all going well till I started speaking to my ex-girlfriend and suddenly after that felt stressed and for the next hour or two I felt dizzy with pangs for nicotine.
But I've got home now, cracked open a beer, and those feelings have subsided somewhat, I think thats as bad as it's going to get, but that was not enjoyable.
Aggh and there was me thinking how easy it was after a day!

Good Evening Matt sorry that you have had a shi**y day but you are nearly through day One and thats all that matters isnt it.
There will be times when you will have stress in your day but im sure you will be strong enough to cope and turn from it and stay smoke free.
It want be easy but achievements such as this never are, and here I go again saying keep the water flowing and the food healthy, Oh sod it have some choccy and crisps even if I cant.
