Hi Swad another 30 mins and it will be 37 hours You are so doing the right thing and whatever happens come on here as you said and read and now post, the way to think is there is always someone coming from behind and they will appreciate your thoughts and experiences on your quit, we all need support so now’s the time to give it as well, you may think you haven’t been quit long enough but trust me you have 1 hour 1 day 1 week it doesn’t matter, so long as you have quit.
Keep posting how you are doing we are keen to know and when we can we will give the support you deserve to keep your quit strong.
Welcome to the world of quitters, the only time you will strive to quit something
welcome Swad, that is what i do, It takes your mind off of your craving. Keep posting, it helps everyone to read other peoples experiences. Well done on your quit
Gonna be a bit stupid now and go down the pub but my thinking behind it is that i realy dont feel the need for a ciggy and its gonna b a quiet 1 in the pub tonight rather than the hell i will go through on thursdays poker night when everyone will be smoking sound a bit stupid promising people i dont know but im 100% sure i wont have a ciggy tonight at least.
I would hope you want and they dont smoke in the pub so as long as you stay inside then you want smoke will you, so go on enjoy yourself and just remember you DONT smoke x
