I'm just curious to know how you would label yourself, smoker or non-smoker?

I think of myself as a smoker who doesnt smoke, how about you?

I label myself as a Non Smoker because i dont smoke

I'm now saying I'm a non smoker. I did for a while say, I was smoker but was choosing not to have one but I think realistically I was mentally sitting on the fence. Almost willing myself to quit the quit or provide myself with a get out of jail free card.

Despite the ongoing demons I've got to tell myself now I'm not a smoker and have no intention of going back to treating my body like a theme park!
