Graduated to week 2

Well things are looking good. Day 8 for me and I feel strong about this quit. It's cold turkey as I'm not strong enough to do the patch tapering thing over an extended period.

Cold turkey is going great. Really after 4 days the worse symptoms are over. I'm on day 9 now and I feel calmer and less stressed than I ever did while smoking. I want to thank everyone for their contributions, together we can succeed in this.

Now on day 11 - I feel pretty strong about this quit now. I have had no real disaster craving episodes. Just hope it continues.
