If a carton of orange juice, explodes in your handbag, DO NOT attempt to use inhalator whilst driving as inhaling a lung full of foul tasting nicotine-y orange juice whilst trying to control a vehicle in which 2 3yr olds are having a tantrum = nearly losing control of the car. When people said it was a journey that would involve surprises and things I didn't expect and just couldn't plan for I'm not sure they meant choking on an orange juice soaked inhalator.....
