Todays Quit Train - I will not smoke today

Something simple we did on another forum that realy helped me was the daily ritual to say i would not smoke for today. I dont know why it helped so much, especially when others joined in but help reinforce the one day at a time message so useful for the CT quitters. It was also a nice public declaration that made going against it quite tough.

I will start and if anyone wants to join in please do..

i was watching a film over the weekend (and sometimes and i mean just sometimes seeing someone on tv temps me think oh i want one :eek: but thats because i cant smell it) anyway this film i was watching one of the characters obviously didnt smoke in real life because everytime he tried to inhale he started coughing and looked abit green disgusting habit yuk yuk yuk
