Hi all, I haven't posted for a long time but have got to 38 days smoke free. Like most others I have had some very dodgey days and torment. Things have been better fot last 10 days or so. I realise its very early days tho and am still up to the fight, perhaps more so now that I have 38 days to protect. All the best Brian.

Brian you'd be surprised by how many folk struggle yet don't say nowt about it. they just grit their teeth, and carry on like proper troopers.

You've fought hard to get here, so your one of them troopers, so more power to you when you announce you've done 38 days fella, congratulations to you, keep this up!
