Still here - day 9 today!! Weekend was bad, but coped!! Didn't help that i had forgotten to take my champix on Sunday!!! Definitely not ready for cold turkey yet!

Well done to both of you. Looking after each other is a good idea, if there are a few of you stopped in February you could make a group, they are a great support. Keep yourselves distracted from the thoughts in your head by reading some info on what is happening to you this will help you stay stopped.
