Yes!!!! I'm in, i made it, one year today!!!!

Well the time has come to say..................

It's been 1 yr 6 hrs 28 min 23 secs since my last cigarette

I've saved £1,257 and 44pennies

I've not smoked a staggering 5479 fags :eek:

Life i've saved 2wks 5days 35mins

I will never look back, absolutely hate cigarettes and everything associated with it.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant now and so happy i don't smoke, as i forever will feel the guilt that i smoked while carrying george but couldn't stop without becoming so stressed i put him at risk either way.......:confused:

I used this forum as a support and it really did work for me to take my mind off the fags in the evening, for a bit of humour, and the unity from one ex-smoker to the next.

Thank you to all who have responded to any posts i have made and also to all who have shared my journey with me. I will keep this link in my favourites and will pop in from time to time.
