Well Month 1 done and dusted, so move over and make room for me here in Month 2 I'm so amazed I got here:eek: as I didn't really think I would. But I did, and it is starting to get easier now, thank goodness

Would have welcomed you earlier, but we opened the the other side of the house up ("Main" lounge, Sauna and pool area, we close it for winter)

Thanks for the replies guys,

Hate to say it but I feel a bit down today, not sure why. Had an out of the blue crave last night and it kind of threw me a bit, and I'm not too sure that it's gone yet either:eek: So I have to keep telling myself that if I did smoke now it would probably be like the first cig I ever had, I would go green, feel sick and dizzy etc. and wouldn't enjoy it at all. AND be back at square one. So it wouldn't be worth it at all.

Sorry to be a misery today, but I keep wondering when this not smoking thing is going to feel NORMAL???? Sure I will feel better tomorrow.
