when i was smoking, ill admit i wasnt overly healthy, so now....
Ive started taking vitamin c every morning.
And i have started taking either boiling water with slice of lemon (really enjoy this) or the twinings peppermint/nettle tea every morning and evening.
Im increasing my fruit/veg in take (liking the dried fruit especially pineapple)
bought some sunflower seads and riveta to snack on.
Can anyone recommend anything that they have felt has really improved the way they feel? good healthy things to take to improve immune and digestive system.

That all sounds pretty healthy to me! They reckon that some foods are 'super foods' because of the antioxidents and other good stuff they contain - foods like bananas, blueberries, oats, tomatoes, cruciferous vegies (cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts), green leafy veg especially spinach and oily fish like tuna, salmon, sardines etc.
