Yesterday was bad for me [not because I wanted a fag though] and I didn't post or help anyone very much and for that I apologise

My PM box is now empty sorry also to anyone that wanted to PM me overnight but I was very tired last night and forgot to empty it as I normally do before logging off

However it is empty now if anyone wants to contact me I'll be around most of the day although I do have one important date today that I must keep HA HA my GRAND DAUGHTER IS 12 TODAY and I always but always go to see her on her special day so I will go missing for a while this morning but threat or promise I will be back OK

I enjoy what I do here trying to help you all to a smoke free life
