Smoking is great - Part 2

Here are some of my other thoughts and tips about I would like to share

1. Would I drink gasoline,, nope,, thats as ridiculous as smoking

2. If you really think about it, how ridiculous does it, look people standing

hurdled around outside with wrinkled faces, looking stressed as f,, smoking would I stick a cigarette in my ear or up my arse, cause I am addicted no right,, than why would I stick in my mouth,, GO FIGURE

3. When you are bored, you smoke, right, and everything becomes better right,, just think think harder, think, did your boredom actually go away or what you just did was forget about it for 1 minute after you finished your smoke and DID YOU FEEL WORSE CAUSE YOU HAD THAT COUGH OR A LIGHT HEADED FEELING IN YOUR HEAD.. a tip when you feel bored, do some meditaion, close your eyes, think of happy thoughts, deep breathly for 5 minutes and try to keep calm.. and drink a cold water immidiately after that..

4. All those social occassions when I have a drink I smoked while I drank, was it enjoyable, not as enjoyable as the company I had,,

5. When there is a stressful event in your life, you wanna reach out for your close friend, the ciggy, but after having that did anything change, was the stressful event wiped out..instead of doing that could you not have contemplated and thought of other ways of making that stress go away, you could buy something nice for yourself.

More good tips and ways of seeing things.. sorry i had a reply to this done yesterday but i shutdown my pc in haste at end of work day and it zapped all my open apps :)

Thanks its like i am trying to list out reasons as to why i quit, the more i do this, the more my mind is gonna think dont reach for 1 ever again,, and to wipe out the thought of ever having a cig..
