As long as today isn't as bad as yesterday i will be fine!! Everything is being sent to try me this week, my central heating stopped working last night, my son has caught a stomach bug, which wasn't at all pleasant, but i am still here and still not smoking!!

day 3 & 4 were my tricky days, but day 4 is not as bad as day 3. If you find yourself getting really irate for no reason though, you absolutely must back off from whatever you are doing rather than stress yourself. Just for today, if problems arise of course do your best, but keep your quit as the number #1 priority. Back down and allow time to recompose yourself and your thoughts plenty of deep breathing when cravings hit and you should be ok.

Post on here as much as you want, but keep your target in sight. Freedom.

You got through day 3, just get through today now. Take each day as it comes, and just know that freedom from the addiction will take work, but every day will fill you with pride as you remain quit.
