Still off the White sticks, feeling good but I still get the feeling of wanting one, today was the first day I fancied one since sat night so I'm starting to forget about them, well I wouldn't say forget it's at the back if my mind but it's not a big deal where that's all I can think about.

I'm glad i've managed to stay stopped for this long, hope everyone else is doing fine.

They do have a habit of sneaking in your head sometimes when you least expect grrrrrrr. I imagine those little demons sitting there laughing so give them a b****y good push & knock them over. Whos' laughing then huh

Well done Stu, it's great not to have the smelly things constantly trying to hijack all your thought processes isn't it.

Like you, I don't think of them often, not even daily, but there are moments that take me by suprise, it's not so much a crave, more of a thought that leaves me feeling a bit lost for a moment but can be easily shaken off.
