I back yet again. Day 8!

I've been on this forum many times and I think this is now my fifth attempt!

You may remember, I never made it past Friday's and always returned here on a Monday morning with my head hung in shame. SO, I've waited to return until my 1st week is under my belt and here I am! I quit on Sunday 31st Jan and haven't had a puff since!!

Lots of inspirational stories floating around that are an enormous help! Heres to another week.

Thanks all! It's a huge milestone for me getting the first week done and being able to post in week 2!!

Failures are in the past now and I'm looking to a smokefree future.

I guess it's good as the OH has stopped with me too. Good in the long run but bloody horrible at the moment, I've never had so many murderous thoughts about him!!
