Hi all,

thought I would pop in and say that I am still smoke free

Even went out for a drink last night and watched people standing outside freezing cold having to get there lungs full of smoke (I watched from inside in the warm)

Still get the odd craving but 3 mins last 3 mins instead of the usual 3 hours lol

will pop in again soon

I havnt a clue how long I have been quit lol

started on my quit on 16th Jan but after a bit of bad news I had 2 ciggys on

2nd Feb at 10pm one after the other and they where awfull

So Now its the 7th Feb altho only a few days its really been longer

If you can understand what I mean

Maria I am on a upward slope now each day is better than the last
