Well I've had a few beers and few shorts and that sudden twang when I see someone smoking has occurrd, I must admit I'm tempted, but I don't want to succumb to temptation....

Advice please?

Don't smoke.... that's my advice! Tomorrow you would regret it, trust me... try to distract yourself... watch tv, read posts on here and check out the links in members signatures, take a shower, whatever works.... the temptation will pass..... and tomorrow you will still be a non-smoker... you've worked hard to get this far, don't make a foolish decision because of a few beers

My mantra for you

You will not smoke today or any other day because you stopped because you knew it was the right thing to do and you are stonger than you think otherwise you wouldnt be asking for advice and the only thing I can say is I would love you to take my hand and come down the smoke free road where the air is fresh and not polluted with smoke

I didn't smoke!!!!! However I drank that much I'm paying for it this morning but least I don't have a wheezing chest etc, and I think I pissed the other half and I've got some serious making up to do

OMG you and I had the same night, too much to drink, got tempted didn't give in, pissed off OH, and have bad head.

Well done for not caving, I must admit I came close but didn't do it I think we should both be proud but very quietly (bad head), and very humble to OH. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
