Starting to feel the benefits

Hi All,

Yesterday was the first day that I felt better from giving up.:)

I actually managed 30 mins on the running machine (which is good for me) but the main difference was, that my legs had enough before my lungs did!.

It's really encouraging that I haven't gone through the cravings for nothing - apart from the extra money in the purse, I've not had many plus sides :(

but all of your stories/posts have kept me going.:D

Day 20 tomorrow and looking forward to it.

Sarah, I just posted on another thread I noticed the same thing. After the treadmill this morning, I noticed how improved my lung function is.
