Day 3

Nearly at the end of Day 3. Should have been Day 7 by now but I had a weak moment on Sunday night so I quit right away again on Monday. Having trouble sleeping tonight and the old familiar insomnia that i had with the last quit is kicking in. Just popped a nytol and waiting for the effects to happen

Hey Pengu.... good to have you back for sure! Good job getting the first three days over with! Sorry you have that insomnia bit going on.... a few on here struggled with this but with time all those issues resolve.... so you hang in there and keep moving forward a day at a time. Glad you're giving it another go! xx
