You are so lucky to be so young and so sensible as to stop smoking now. I wish I was as educated at 16 as you are.
You really have your whole life ahead of you to enjoy and even though you do not know me and I do not know you, I understand what your going through with the addiction.
Do not let it grab hold of you because of this text message, remember your emotional part of brain is trying to tell you to find an excuse to smoke, trying to make you weak.
I am approaching week 3 after 20 years of smoking and I am on the inhalator. I will stop the inhalator at the end of the fourth week and then my real battle will start. As long as I can get through the first 72 hours - I know it will be ok.
I hope this does not sound like I am preaching to you, but this is helping me as I type this out. There are so many horror stories out there about the effects of this disgusting habit.

Well done on quitting - it is very behave and it is great that you are doing this at a young age. These cravings are gonna do their best to get you but with all the support of the forum, you will be fine
Day 24 is fantastic. It must be so much harder being 16 and giving up, OK you may not have smoked for as long as some of us on here, however you have all that pier pressure all your freinds smoking. I started smoking seriously at 16 and wish now that I had never started but more so that I had given up earlier than at 37yrs old.

Hi so glad you have the sence to stop while the goings good wish I had had the sence when I was your age keep it up
I’m really glad that you’ve quit
Cause in the past you’ve smoked some sh**
Smelly Hair Hands and Breath
Shorter Life but longer Death
Up the hills you’ve got no puff
Smokers cough that makes you rough
So pass each day without the weed
Cause only then will you succeed
So Bravo to all that now don’t smoke
Cause early Death is sure no Joke
thats an awesome poem buddy, thanks 4 sharing
