how depressing and hard can a day been

i went on the bus to town for my thing braced to keep quit, smokers were everywhere, it was so so hard, glad to get into my english thing which went fine and i found out i got into maths one which starts 1/2/10 which is good and all

got the bus back and got more down as there were school kids and couples everywhere:mad:

reminded me alot of the good old days when me and paige were togher

but i resisted from a cig:Dso thats day 19 over

As bman says, you faced a few triggers today. Keep facing and getting past them. Soon you'll not think about having a ciggy.

Next month it's Valentine's Day and you should be looking around for a likely looking lass. Look up, not down, Stitch...and try to be cheery

ill be working valintines day and watching 1st round of the wrc which starts on my b'day and ends on valantines day so if ford win that round im happy lol:D
