6 months 19 days and all's well

Hi guys,

Haven't posted for a while due to Christmas madness but all going well and I entered month 6 of being smoke free on December 22nd,

I guess I've made it into one of the long stay folders so I'll pop in now and then and say hi. Hope everyone I know is also doing well here's to a smoke free '10!

Chris, excellent!! i will keep an eye out for the 22nd of the month for your half-year fireworks.. its so nice to see many of us that quit around july/august last year coming through to our half year now.. its been hard work, but i'm convinced now that the next half of the year will be so much easier for us.

half a year done in, and a far far cry from those turbulent earliest days.. a relief eh!
