Title on forum should be 10th week, day 6: all is well

Just a check in really, nothing to report regards any issues with the quit, i've non to speak of which i see as a very positive sign.

As i went a day this week without a patch on at all and didn't even realise til it was an hour before bed.. i have a single patch left in my box for tomorrow which will see me to the very end of my 10 week planned patch plan. (i was one patch short before this as i had used an extra one on a really rocky day just around sunday/monday time)

The drop down in patches has been for me at least.. easy.. didn't noticed dropping from 21mg to the 14mg's.. did 2 weeks then the same experience dropping to the 7mg's...

So from sunday morning i'll be patch free.. and get used to finally being without any supplement to my quit.. beside good old determination and my usual stubbornness. rarrrrrr

I'm in my 10th week and 6th day today, so tomorrow night at 10pm will be the end of the 10th week.. and it seems to have flown by this last 2-3 weeks, a good sign.

Good luck to everyone else on their quits, and anyone on patches perhaps just starting off, persevere with the plan, it does work but probably more so because of a forum like this.

/edit: Just realised too, 10 weeks will be 10* 7 days = 70 days :) cool!

Peace

Jase

Hi Jase,

First congrats on 10 weeks for tomorrow, just another 68 days before I get there too ;)

I wish you the best of luck coming off patches, hopefully since you've gotten out of the habit of having cigarettes, you'll just have the nicotine to break away from, as opposed to doing it all at once.

Again, the best of luck.

Also thanks, for the help and advice you've given me since I started here :D

Well done Jase, you will be just fine when the patches stop. If you just follow the good advice you give out you will get there no probs.

Good luck.
