ive almost completed my first week smoke free new years eve was very tough as i went out with 3 smokers and was tempted but very glad i resisted, I have been feeling crap all day not sure if it's the alcohol from yesterday or not smoking.
Hopefully i will feel a lot better tomorrow after a decent nights sleep and will be moving into my 2nd week smoke free.
