Thanks for the kind replies folks. I've got to say there were times in the early days when I really dont think I would have done it had it not been for people like Marg, Stuart and others replying to my posts and posting some really thoughtful comments.

I dont tend to come here as much now, mainly because I'm not thinking about smoking and so Im not thinking about the forum, but I do like to pop in form time to time and see how people like Marg and the rest are doing.
