Well having fallen spectacularly from grace on my first attempt (breaking down on the M4 at 11pm with 2 chain smoking aussies who had been in transit for 36 hours and had just been collected from the airport......) I am back!!!
Day 4..... Was it really this hard last time??
I have horrendous heartburn, my sleep is shot to pieces, e.g. asleep at 11pm but awake by 1 am until about 7 am......so not good!
Someone tell me please that this is very very short term and I am really soon going to start feeling better!
Made it to a month last time but don't remember feeling this lousy!

I think the nico demon is tormenting you because it fears that you're never going to smoke again, never going to satisfy the addiction again and it's scared you aren't going to obey it for the rest of your life and the reason why it's afraid because you managed to give up before, the demon knows you can do it again and it's scared this time you'll suceed. Prove the nico demon right in it's fears, never take another puff and if you need to post - post.
Read everything you can get yoru hands on, reinforce your quit and keep going, why go through this again, it does get better.
