I have just worked out how many days i have been stopped smoking and cant believe how quick the days have gone by if i was counting in days then its 49 days today and im so chuffed with myself

If i can do it then anyone can

Time flies, well done you. 7 weeks, 50 days that is fantastic, you sound so positive and as we all know that is half the battle. Keep it up and before you know it we will be sitting in the penthouse enjoying the view.

7 weeks does sound a good length time wise doesn't it. As good as 50 days... a mini milestone :cool:
