how all doing, margaet, Viv, Julie my almost twin, stomper to name a few

got i of my cat Daisey May on my khee keeping my hands busy, lol if i stop stroking her to type she head butts my arm lol

what other things do people do to keep their hands busy.

You sound pretty calm, relaxed and in control - even if you don't feel it, you sound it I hope you continue to keep adding those days up nicely.

well done to u for 19 days. People sometimes keep their hands busy by using them to put food into their mouths. I think you stroking the cat is a better alternative, for u and the cat

Hey Tigerpaws.

Good on you for reaching day 19. It's a good feeling to get this far Did you have a nice Saturday with your cousin and spent lots of money you saved on not smoking? Glad you cat is keeping you amused! Had bad day on Saturday evening. I wanted a smoke, but I didn't have one because I thought of you.!!! We wouldn't be nearly twins anymore!!!!!!!!! Also Cavilier helped me to get through the craving bless him.
