Month 8

Hello all

Its been a couple of months since my last post. For anyone who wondered, that does not mean I've been smoking, I haven't ! Month 8 starts tomorrow at 6pm. Can't wait. I'm gonna get some champagne in.

Still fighting a bit, but its been an easy couple of easy months really. Phew, nearly there....certainly seem to be over the hill and almost out of the woods at last.

Physically fitter than ever with the swimming, cycling, and easier breathing.:cool:

I think that quitting fags was the best thing Ive done. Coughs and sore chest left me months ago.
