For the last 8 months 15 hours 16 minutes I have been smoke-free,
Thats a whopping 3,407 cigarettes not smoked,
£860.27 not spent (well not on smoking anyway),
and 1week 4 days 19 hours 55 minutes of life saved (although question that, think it would be more)
Made it to 8 mths. 3/4 of a year done, not far to the penthouse now
Sian xx
Well done :). 8 Months eh. Thats brilliant hun. Us Oct 2010 quitters are doing really well, I will be joining you at the 8 month mark in 10 days, whoop whoop Hun, Keep it up Im so proud of you xx
Its not been as hard as I thought it would be. Once you get over the first couple of months its quite plain sailing. Don't really think about smoking anymore unless I am talking to someone about quitting.
Never in a million years did I think I could give up smoking and I did. Any newbies reading this, yes it is hard, sometimes you wanna kill someone or shout at them or just cry. It is so worth the journey in the long run.
