Hi all...bin a kinda bad week....guy Sunday went off the ice with

chest pains, had 2 heart attacks, but he'll be fine.

...a girl down the road was hit and killed by a car...so sad, thankfully

they have faith....its gotta get better.

Almost 4 weeks 4 me though...yippeee

Sorry you seem to have had some bad things happen around you, keep strong. Well done getting to four weeks off cigarettes, you are doing great.

It's real nice being able to support friends across the Atlantic, keep posting and using the forum to help you. There are some great websites to help you with getting off nicotine, wishing you all the best.

So sorry things haven't been too good around you...always seems worse this time of year as well. The one thing you do have control over though is not smoking. Keep it up. Hope things are looking up soon. xx
