When do i move to month 2 please?

For me it is like this:

When I have done 30 days no smoking I would join MONTH 1. (As I completed month 1)

On my 60th day no smoking I would join MONTH 2.

and therefore 60 days (as I completed Month 2).

and so on... but here I think people use it at the start of Month 1 or Month 2rather than at the end.

oh well, I am confused now!! eek!

On reading that, I think you should join Month 1 when you have done 30 days and ...

This seems to have many confused.

If you go into a 'room' that you've already completed time wise then why go in it?

It's just that 3 week and 1 month period - it really throws folk.

Why is such a silly thing soooooo confusing??? This remind me of when we change the time forward or backward, just 5 minutes after doing so, I don't remember if I changed it forward or backwards.... eek!

Not really but I can't explain it very well:o You go into a 'day' or 'month' as you begin that time. When you've completed 'that time' you go into the next 'time zone'. When you have completed 21 days there is no week 4 so people seem to go to Month 1. Trouble is, you don't spend long there as once you have completed a whole month, you go into month 2. See? Easy

It does help your time to add up quick and is encouraging

Spring forward (Clocks go forward an hour) and Fall back - (Clocks go back an hour) - that's how I remember.

And yes, we are not smoking so who cares where we are - we can be where we like
