Well......Sunday will be 5 months. I remember when I first quit I dreamed about being this far along and how it would be to say...I have made it 5 months! Well......it feels great but not without pain thats for sure. I am so happy that I am not smoking and the rewards are excellent!!!!!!
I am glad to see so many people are still posting and helping all the newbies along. I should be better as I recieved so much help from this forum.

Heck we are practically neighbors. Congratulations. Well done. I have had my share of ups and downs but it is great to not be a slave to smoking. In the early stages of the quit I could not imagine saying 4 months. It does have its rewards.
