Thank you one and all, I must admit I feel very chuffed at getting to 5 months, I would never have believed that I would actually do it and be happy about it.

I am 5 months quit so is that right I go into room 6, errr I am confused all over again, I am sure some one will come back and let me know.

I am just lighting the BBQ and there is loads of food to go round so welcome one and all, and for those that dont want it, its not to hot is it unless you have my stunning pressie from my quit buddy Kitty Kat xxx

Thanks Lozza, I try, or I am trying, and love humour, if you saw my face you would understand why.

I have given up before for 11 months but I was 20 years younger and not committed the way I am now and also I had not in any way shape or form been affected by the smoking so needed to stop now and never smoke again.

It is so great to have people around you who really understand how proud we are to have quit at all and to take the time to come on and send us the good wishes and inspire us to quit for even longer, everyone who knows me on the forum will know for sure that this forum and the time i spend on it is what has influenced my quit from the beginning so thanks to you all, I wouldn’t be here without you all and I would have given in well before now xx

No its nothing of the sort La La La its a charity do at Blades airfield base and all welcome live music and what not and only a £5. am I allowed to say that, well it is for charity and a good one Air Ambulance, one we may one day need I hope not.

And OHs are going so safe.
