Well done Mike. A week is a huge achievement. Feels good doesn't it
Well done. Saying that the worst is behind you now would not be 100% correct, however, If you can last a week you can keep on adding time to you quit. Stay the course and remain strong.
Hi Mike
Getting the first week done is great and although there may be a few bumps to come the worst bit is almost done for you now
Keep it going and it will just keep getting better
Love

Well done Mike a whole week done you can talk in weeks instead of days now.
To help you understand all about the nicotine addiction you could have a look at the websites in our signatures and some of the posts in the links at the bottom right of the page.
Wishing you many more smoke-free weeks.
Jackie
Feels good doesn't it! A week is a big milestone- you know all the nicotine is gone (if you're not using NRT!) and yu can do it. You don't need to smoke anymore and it's bleeding marvelous!
Congratulations Mike. Your success motivates others a few days behind u to hang in there. I feel if u can do it I can too. Cheers
