Day 2 and Im still here its the longest Ive gone in 6 years and am so pleased. I dont feel anywhere near as stressed as I thought I would either! I love Champix !

Thanks for all the support I just need to get to 3 weeks now and then I can chill out as thats the longest Ive done since I started.

Well done Karen. That's the right attitude. Champix is great and will significantly reduce the cravings, but you have got to fight the habit adn that does get easier as each day passes and you become more accustomed to being a non-smoker.
