Hi

that is 28 months, and a lot of cigs not smoked ..............nowadays, i dont even think about cigs, to be honest, and when the 2nd of the month comes, i barely remember its the 'next month' . it can be done, its bloody hard, and you need people and forums like this to see you through. I am now on a dieting forum lol, i did put on about 10lb which i am trying to lose, but i think it is worth it. I def look younger and feel more helthier, so keep at it all of you.
