Day 16- Chest playing up

As the title.

Since Day 13 my chest feels funny.

Just feels like a slight ache, it's hard to explain.

Im not going to lie, im still having odd cravings every now and again, but doing ok !

Hi,

I would say that if you are concerned about chest pains either see your GP or pop into A&E which ever is the easiest for you.

Quitting does effect different people differently so of course it could be normal for you!

You are at day 16 and you are only have slighty cravings now and then, that is fantastic.

Stay strong and well done on your quit.

However i should have been more specific. Its not pain. It just aches every now and again.

I am brining up dark flem in the morning ( sorry! hope your not eating) so i am pretty certain its my chest healing/ kicking out gunk!

Glad your quit is going well with only small craves now and then

If you're coughing up gunk i think the chest is probably due to that but if it continues or gets really painful maybe see the Doc for a check to set your mind at rest

Hey first well done on day 16....

I know loads of people get a bad cough and a clear out when they stop Ralph but I'm with Bev on this one and ask your doc to check you over.
