what a day

my god what a day its been!

at 1am i txt paige askin her 2 be mine, got no answer (guessing its a no)

i have been having breathing problems (mum dont know i have had this problem in the past)

i went to get a dr.pepper earlier & came back up stairs & i was breathing so heavy & i was only walking

i have been stressed like mad & ive never craved a cig so badly, i been swearing alot today as well

not a good day, upsetting & hard work

listen mate this is none of my business and you can tell me to f off if you like but to me it sounds like this Paige of yours is causing you a lot of heartache and stress, you are a young man and you should be looking forward and enjoying your teens and early twenties whilst you can. Get yourself out there and show this girl that she is not affecting you and your life and if she really wants to get back with you she will tell you. Sitting around being upset about her is not good for you. Len there are plenty of more fish in the sea mate and at 16 you should have a net full of the little f****rs. Now come on fella we all want a positive post of you this week and how you have taken three girls out this week on dates, and of course how you have not smoked.

I'm so sorry yesterday was hard for you to get through but you did it well done

Each day it will get a little easier even if you don't notice it honest

Just take it a day at a time even an hour at a time if you have to baby steps but they'll still get you there Promise
