ok, so well done on day 3. I can confirm that I also had more than one day 3, and so did most of us around here.
You are now quit for good, this is the last time you will ever have to do day 3. You must believe that.
Go and read the links and then go and read some more, it will help.
I do have to say, that I am very upset with NSD for switching off without any notice, there are other helpful website forums out there, they could have pointed the newbies in a helpful direction instead of just leaving them high and dry. I understand that this is a charity, however I did not realise that this meant you could just switch off support when you felt like it.
You state that you "hope" that this is the last time, trust me that attitude will not be helpful. Read the links, read the posts and most of all believe that this is the last quit.
We are all here now, and will remain here to support you. If you would like some links to other forums then I am sure people will provide them for you, just in case this place has to have some more "maintenance".
I am so sorry you struggled this weekend........ I am sure you were not alone........
Good on ya though to get back to your quit so quickly! You know the first few days can be hard......... equip yourself with knowledge and understanding of what you are going through.... post often and ask for support. You'll be going through many changes and your body and mind will have to adapt......... be patient with yourself and stick to your guns...... it will get easier, promise!
Well done restarting your quit so soon and day 3 done and dusted I was afraid this might happen for some of you new quitters with the forum down for a couple of days and unable to get the support you needed
Just hang in there you can do this indeed you're already doing it
Most of us on here have had lots of attempts at quitting before we got it right so don't beat yourself up to much remember what triggered it and avoid that in the future OK
Well done for getting back on track. Ok you slipped, but at least you are trying to quit which is better than some. Sometimes it takes a few attempts, I slipped a few weeks ago, but you just keep on trying.
