im still having the occasional thoughts about smoking but its nothing compared to what it was like a few days ago, i was tearing my hair out lmao, it was hard just stopping right away but i'm starting to feel like i can wave bye bye to smoking for good at last!!

Great to hear you made the one week mark, It's a great feeling of achievement isn't it. [One week for me today] I also think it motivates you to get to the two week mark and ech day gets a little easier. I can go a long time without any cravings throughout the day whereas day 3-5 I was having about 6 a day. [looking at the date you posted you are only five days to achieveing the next week
