Hello all!

Glad to see the forum is back. I was gutted this weekend not being able to get on! Hope you are all well. I'm feeling fantastic. Champix is definitely for me. I still have fag-related thoughts (that little devil on the shoulder) when I am having a glass or two of wine, but the Champix is helping me to stay logical.

Does anyone else feel like they have been quit for months when it's only been a much shorter time? Smoking seems like a pretty distant memory. Strange, eh? I think that is good, but I know that I need to keep focus all the same.

The time seemed to pass slowly in the 1st few months quit for me but now it seems to fly past.

I'm also on Champix and agree it may only be 20 days but it feels so much longer. Not even thinking about it for most of the time now.

Glad you are having a good day 13...mine was my one and only bad day.

Hi Well done.

The first two weeks for me were a bit cigarette-obsessed, not craving them just thinking about them. But after that, they just went into the background. Hardly give them a thought now.
