Hi all, im still around and smoke free! never really think of smoking these days so keep forgeting to post!

Thanks for all your support in the early weeks, it paid off!

Playing in the garden with my children the other day and i could smell cigarette smoke from 3 gardens away! blimey! how the hell can people say they smoke but no one knows! oh yes they do!

Hi nice to hear from you and you are doing so well, that's magic. Yes when I am out I seem to be able to smell them from quite a distance, try not to go into the city they are on every corner, stinks.

Still smoke/nicotine free and its 8 months on Monday for me the 26th (238 days today) i had to work that out btw
